Nail art is not included with gel polish services and must be booked as an add-on directly with the venue. Additional time and charges apply. Nail art cannot be guaranteed without advance booking.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable
• No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable
• This policy does not apply if the appointment was booked less than 12 hours in advance

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or forfeited appointment, depending on the time remaining. This is to ensure fairness and maintain the schedule for all clients.

Yes. At Precious Nails and Beauty, nail infills are available only for nail enhancements originally created by me. I do not work over enhancements done by another technician, as I cannot guarantee the materials or techniques used. All nail enhancement and infill appointments must be booked directly with the studio to ensure the correct service time is allocated.

Yes. At Precious Nails and Beauty, I offer sculpted nail enhancements created using nail forms rather than glue & plastic nail tips. This allows each set to be customized to suit different nail beds and shapes, while minimizing unnecessary filing and damage to the natural nail.

A classic mani/pedi includes nail care and cuticle work, finished with a buffed shine or regular polish. Shellac gel polish is cured under an LED lamp for a long-lasting, glossy finish up to 2–3 weeks and must be soaked off professionally.

No. Precious Nails and Beauty operates by appointment only. This allows me to dedicate my full attention to each client and ensures your service is never rushed.
